Dr. Wack: From customer orders to checked order data.
Capture orders from emails, PDFs and Excel files, reconcile customer and item data, and prepare the next step in the existing ERP process. The first version has been tested with real order files.

One order inbox. Many formats.
Orders arrive as email text, PDFs or Excel files. Information needs to be brought into a consistent format and reconciled with existing data. Customers, business partners, items and delivery addresses must match. Missing required details or conflicting information lead to follow-up questions. Alongside order handling itself, the team faces recurring capture and clarification work.
Capture, reconcile and prepare orders.
The digital employee supports the journey from incoming documents to structured order data. It takes on defined business steps that would otherwise require repeatedly reading and transferring the same information:
- Capture order information from email text and documents.
- Reconcile customers, delivery addresses and items with existing reference data.
- Check important required details and structure the information.
- Provide suitable cases for further ERP processing; pass uncertain details to review.
Structured data instead of repeated manual transfer.
Checked, structured information is available for the next processing step. Cases ready for further processing are handled separately from open cases. This makes it clear which details have already been matched and where a business decision is still needed. Preparing order data does not imply that its transfer into the ERP system has already been confirmed.
More capacity for order handling.
The goal is to reduce recurring manual capture and reconciliation. The team can focus on customer needs and missing details instead of repeatedly piecing together the same information. This intended production value is kept separate from the documented test stage.
The first version has been tested with real order files. Further production steps and acceptance follow the agreed project scope.
